FAQ'S

  • What are the toxic elements and how does it affect the body?

There are various toxic elements in the environment. Thirty-one of these substances may be found in the hair if you are exposed to it. Some common examples include: Gadolinium, Titanium, Gold, Tin, Tungsten, Platinum, Bismuth, Zinc, Nickel, Cobalt, Mercury, Lead and Arsenic.

  • Why do hair testing for testing for toxin, essential elements and heavy metal exposure?

The hair root is in constant contact with blood vessels, allowing both nutritional and toxic elements to enter the hair shaft continuously as hair grows. In other words, hair analysis reflects long-term exposure to the various elements. This is a significant advantage over urine or blood samples, which only measure the levels from one point in time.

  • What do I need to know about collecting hair follicle sample for heavy metal poisoning & toxic element exposure test?

The human hair specimen should be very dry upon collection. New growth is also needed for best results. A hair that has been bleached, dyed, or permed for the past two months is not qualified to take the test.

  • Is there any specific Shampoo to be used prior to collection of hair for the heavy metal and toxic element exposure?

Exposure to chemicals and other harmful elements is common to the human hair. To remove contamination from hair care products and other shampoos, use the Johnson and Johnson No More Tears shampoo

    Top Notch Product

Posted by Julia Passamonti on Aug 29th 2017

Called customer service to ask a question concerning the form, and they were easy to reach, courteous, and answered my question thoroughly. The test results came back via email only 1 9 days after I mailed it out, and was thorough and informative. I bought the test for my husband, and now will buy the test for myself. I highly recommend this product!
